Prescription Refills now available online!

In our ongoing effort to make your pet's health care as convenient as possible, you can now request a refill for your pet's prescription by submitting the following form. Please be sure to fill in all the required information.

We require up to 24 hours to complete the prescription refill, and refills will not be available on Wednesdays and weekends.  If you require an emergency prescription refill (same day refill), there will be an added fee of $5 in addition to the regular prescription cost.  All prescription refills must be approved by Dr. Kremer.

We will notify you via email or phone when your pet's prescription is approved and ready to be picked up. We will also inform you of the total cost of the prescription, and will request a credit card number by phone at that time.
